Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery (or collection from Westmount).

Faulty or damaged goods notified to Westmount within 30 days of delivery/collection will be replaced or refunded in full, subject to our standard terms.

For all other returns, acceptance is at Westmount Packaging Ltd’s sole discretion. Where such a return is approved, it must be requested within 30 days of delivery/collection and the goods must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.

Approved non-faulty returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge, and return carriage is at the customer’s cost. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Any bespoke or special-offer items are not normally eligible for return.

Please do not return goods to any other address, except as directed by Westmount.

Refunds and exchanges

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, we will confirm whether a refund or exchange has been approved. Approved refunds will be credited to your account or original payment method.

Defective or damaged goods may be exchanged for the same item, subject to availability.
