Delivery Policy

Please review this policy in conjunction with our Terms of Sale.

Where we deliver

Deliveries are made to all UK mainland addresses, divided into Zones A, B and C as detailed below.

We deliver to business addresses only. If there are any access restrictions at the delivery address, e.g. for large or articulated lorries, please let us know when ordering using the ‘comments’ box as indicated at the checkout.

Our delivery driver will happily assist with unloading, but cannot carry goods upstairs at any address. A forklift is required for palletised goods.

Collection

You can collect your goods from our warehouse in Kent for no charge, between the hours of 9am-4pm on working days. Please select this delivery option at the checkout.

Please leave 4 hours before arriving at our warehouse from the time of placing your order, to allow time for your order to be processed and packed.

When we deliver

  • Standard delivery: Orders will be delivered in the next 1-3 working days unless you have chosen next day delivery.
  • Next day delivery: This is available in Zones A and B for an additional charge, for orders placed before 4:00pm.

We aim to deliver between 8am and 5pm. Please let us know in the indicated box at checkout, if you cannot accept deliveries within these times.

We make deliveries on weekdays (Mon-Fri). We do not process orders, make deliveries, or accept collections at weekends or on Bank Holidays.

The cut off for placing orders for next working day delivery is 4:00pm .

Our facilities

Most orders are delivered using our own transport, which includes large lorries and vans. We may use a trusted 3 rd party carrier, depending on your location and the size of your order.

We will ask for a delivery note to be signed when your order is delivered. If there is nobody available at the delivery address, we will leave the goods in a safe place if possible. We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to goods if nobody is available to accept delivery.
